Hey!

My name is Dalen Woolard! In August of 2016, I married my best friend, Rusty Woolard. Taking his name meant a lot more than just having to fill out paperwork. Taking on the Woolard name entails living the Woolard lifestyle, or The Woolard Way.

You might be wondering what this means to me. My husband is probably the hardest working person I know. Rusty works in commercial construction for a company based out of North Carolina and also has his general contractor license. He doesn’t only work hard there. This man can build anything, does yard work, maintains our vehicles and boat, cleans and cooks when needed, and helps others. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t know how to sit still. He doesn’t believe in calling someone to fix something unless he’s already given it at least three tries (even if his tries just keep making it worse).

Another part of living The Woolard Way is always being up for an adventure. We started a yearly boat trip in 2016 and it has quickly become our favorite trip of the year. We dream of one day completing the Great Loop, but until then we’ll just focus on the Intracoastal Waterway.
